- Trained in Hayashi-Ha Shito-Ryu Karate under Luis Gonzales (7th dan), adding powerful striking, kata, and traditional philosophy to his foundation
- Holds advanced ranks in Judo and has extensive experience in Japanese Jujutsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and grappling arts
- Trained extensively under Erik Paulson in both Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) and Combat Submission Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (CSBJJ), gaining deep knowledge of MMA, submission grappling, and modern self-defense
- Created Muteki Shoshin Karate-Jutsu to unite traditional values with innovative training methods
